• To maintain optimal safety for all care recipients, staff and visitors.The Organisation is committed to providing a safe work environment, work practices, rehabilitation and claims management for all its employees.

• To provide competent staff and to support the provision of further training and educational opportunities for all levels of employees.

• To regularly review the activity of the Organisation and the Board and to appraise the performance of the staff.

• To enable Care Recipients to access health and remedial services appropriate to their needs.

• In accordance with the Care Recipients Charter of Rights and Responsibilities, the dignity, self esteem, choices and privacy of residents and their families will be respected and encouraged.

• To ensure that the Organisation's provision of service and associated activities is continually monitored, reviewed and outcomes achieved as determined within the Quality Improvement Plan
