Kindness: I am thoughtful of our residents and I offer support and encouragement to my teammates and express appreciation for everyone’s contributions.

Care: I take the initiative to promote a healthy workplace environment for the benefit of residents and staff, and regularly check in on the residents’ and my colleagues' well-being.
