Independent Living Units

The facility has 5 Independent Living Units. The units are designed to enable residents to continue to live as independently as possible while having the peace of mind of knowing Jallarah are there should the need arise.

The units are spacious, homely self-contained units which all boast level courtyards. Each unit has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining/living area and laundry. Secure garage for 1 vehicle. Each unit has reverse cycle air-conditioning and emergency call bells attached to Jallarah Homes Inc call system.

Each unit has its own letter box and is on the street mail delivery run, residents can leave outgoing mail with the reception desk for posting if required and Council wheelie bins are provided to each unit, it is the responsibility of the resident to place the bin out for collection and its return.

The units are highly sought after and there is a waiting list. We encourage you to contact Jallarah Homes Inc to register your interest should you wish to be added to the waiting list.

When a unit becomes vacant an assessment is made of what refurbishment is required.
